Delivery times and methods of unloading<\/span><\/strong>
Delivery takes place within 2-4 days from the time of accreditation. Delivery times are average and indicative times and in any case not binding and cannot constitute grounds for withdrawal from the contract. The courier will try to make the delivery as soon as possible, after having notified the customer on the phone. The delivery of the goods takes place by road. The delivery service includes the unloading of the pallets from the truck with hydraulic lift. The pallet is placed on the ground, on the roadside or in any case up to the point where it is possible to access with the truck used for delivery, even if this point is not adjacent to the buyer's property. It is not possible to travel downhill ramps towards the storage point with the trolley. When ordering, the customer must take into account that the delivery of the pallets, given their weight, takes place with medium-sized vehicles. Delivery does not include storing the product in the buyer's premises or otherwise moving the pallets from the point of unloading. The price of the product includes, in addition to transport and unloading with a hydraulic lift from the truck, also the courier's telephone notice. The day and time of delivery will be agreed with the carrier (which must take place within 1-3 days at most after the notice). Once the time of delivery has been agreed, the Customer is obliged to make every effort to receive the product within the established time, also the product purchased will be stored in the courier's warehouses (see point 7.c) and return of the goods to the customer's home (see point 7.d).<\/span><\/div>\n
Refusal to receive the product<\/span><\/strong>
Upon unjustified refusal to receive the product from the Customer, the stock in the courier's warehouses of the product will follow (see point 7.c) and return the goods to the customer's home (see point 7.d ). The product must be rejected only in cases of damage, even partial, lack of part of the product, non-correspondence with respect to the order. 7.c) Opening of the stock at the courier's warehouses The costs resulting from the storage of the product in the courier's warehouses are charged to the customer. These amount to: \u20ac 18.30 x file opening + \u20ac 0.6292 per quintal of product in storage x day of rest in the warehouses. Only upon payment of these charges can the goods be returned to the Customer's home. All rates are inclusive of VAT. 7.d) Return of the goods to the customer's home The costs resulting from the return of the goods are charged to the customer. These amount to: \u20ac 6.2436 per quintal of product. Only upon payment of these charges can the goods be returned to the Customer's home. Checking the goods<\/span><\/strong>

Ergheia2.com must reimburse payments made for these products, both those relating to the price of the goods and those relating to delivery (except in the case where the consumer has chosen a specific type of delivery, different and more expensive than that proposed by the seller ). The refund takes place within 14 days from when ergheia2.com is informed of the consumer's willingness to withdraw, and in any case after he has received the returned products. Final provisions<\/span><\/strong>
In the sale of the goods specified on the ergheia2.com website, only the GCS are valid in the version valid at the time the contract is finalized.
