Delivery times and methods of unloading
Delivery takes place within 2-4 days from the time of accreditation. Delivery times are average and indicative times and in any case not binding and cannot constitute grounds for withdrawal from the contract. The delivery service includes the unloading of the pallets from the truck with hydraulic lift. The pallet is placed on the ground, on the roadside or in any case up to the point where it is possible to access with the truck used for delivery, even if this point is not adjacent to the buyer's property. It is not possible to travel downhill ramps towards the storage point with the trolley. When ordering, the customer must take into account that the delivery of the pallets, given their weight, takes place with medium-sized vehicles. Delivery does not include storing the product in the buyer's premises or otherwise moving the pallets from the point of unloading. The price of the product includes, in addition to transport and unloading with a hydraulic lift from the truck, also the courier's telephone notice. The day and time of delivery will be agreed with the carrier (which must take place within 1-3 days at most after the notice). Once the time of delivery has been agreed, the Customer is obliged to make every effort to receive the product within the established time, also the product purchased will be stored in the courier's warehouses (see point 7.c) and return of the goods to the customer's home (see point 7.d).
